Venues
Oral presentations and the town hall sessions will take place on the Quai Infernet at Port Lympia (Room 1-8), while the poster sessions will be held at "La Baleine", (The Whale, Palais des Expositions, Parvis de l'Europe, Nice), a dynamic space which will be open to the public, enriched by the participation of various partners throughout UNOC3. The two venues are a 20-minute walk apart (public transportation will be available. Please note that transport between the venues is not provided by the congress). A 30 minute break will allow participants to transfer to the poster sessions.

The lecture rooms at Quai Infernet at Port Lympia (Room 1-8) have the following capacity.
- Room 1: 1580 seats
- Room 2: 776 seats
- Room 3: 120 seats
- Room 4: 120 seats
- Room 5: 120 seats
- Room 6: 60 seats (with an overflow room with 170 seats)
- Room 7: 168 seats
- Room 8: 168 seats
